If I could rate this establishment 0 stars, I would. My cousin was set to depart from Guyana on August 8th. She received an itinerary complete with round trip information; however, when she arrived at the airport in Guyana she was told that her name was no where to found on the manifest. After much debate, the airline made it seem as though they did her a favor by allowing her to board the flight. Fast forward to arriving in the US…when my cousin called to confirm her return flight on August 22nd she was told that there were no seats available and if she wanted to depart on that date she would have to pay and additional $135. She was then told by Priya Lall that the earliest she could leave the US was September 3rd. After confirming for September 3rd she was later informed on August 18th that all flights were “sold out” for September 3rd. We have called numerous times not to be hung up on by Priya Lall. We are seeking a full refund for this trip. This has been a huge inconvenience for my cousin. Firstly, it is her first time flying abroad and this has been very stressful for her. She needs to be back in Guyana before August 31st as she and her children will be resuming school. Secondly, my cousin has had to pay an additional airline $331 for a one way return flight to Guyana because of your company’s incompetence and fraudulence. As mentioned before, this was her first time traveling. This has discouraged her from ever coming back to the US. Someone traveling for the first time does not have this type of money laying around lavishly. It is a shame that this is being done to individuals who are traveling for the first time overseas or those who are less experienced travelers. We would hate to make this a litigation matter but we will do so if necessary as none of our calls are being answered and no one has yet issued her refund.
